Customs House Brokerage

Customs House Broker software module is a complete ABI package with Automated Invoice Interface and Remote Location Filing which allows approved users to electronically file invoice data directly to US Customs. Send 7501, 3461, delivery orders and invoices from your desktop and receive confirmed Customs transactions. Integration with accounting allows you to accurately manage Customs payments and client billing. Customs House Broker also provides full reference tables and harmonized tariff schedules. E-mail notifications can alert customer for CBP release or hold shipment status, and FDA status.

Tracking

Tracking module provides agents, shippers, masters and consignees with the status on their shipments helping to minimize calls to customer service. View shipment details by file number, mode, status, customer reference number, date, quantity, tariffs, party and place. In addition to monitoring shipment status and proof-of-delivery, users can print documents, set e-mail notifications, update shipment information.

Invoicing

Invoicing module is set up calculate charges based upon entry statistics. Rates can be in-house or customer specific and can alternate by mode of transportation. Optional emailing of invoices can be added for individual customers.

Accounting

Accounting module provides an advanced spot job costing P&L with real-time financials, profit allocation across several departments. Accounting is tightly integrated with the operational modules and is designed specifically for the needs of transportation service providers. Its comprehensive reporting system helps finance carefully monitor their business. Optional emailing of customer statements can also be added.
